Common use of SPARE PRODUCTS Clause in Contracts

SPARE PRODUCTS. Supplier shall maintain a supply of Products and the capability to effectively service Products for at least ten (10) years from the date of last shipment for production. Thereafter, Supplier shall give BRP six (6) months advance written notice of Supplier’s election to stop supplying Products to allow BRP to order such quantity as it may reasonably require.

SPARE PRODUCTS. Supplier shall maintain a supply of Products and the capability to effectively service Products for at least ten (10) years from the date of last shipment for productionproduction and to sell them to BRP at a price equal to the last valid Order subject to reasonable setup or necessary particular packaging costs. Thereafter, Supplier shall give BRP six a twelve (612) months advance written notice of Supplier’s election to stop supplying Products to allow BRP to order such quantity as it may reasonably require.

Thereafter, Supplier shall give BRP six MEGATECH a twelve (612) months advance written notice of Supplier’s election to stop supplying Products to allow BRP MEGATECH to order such quantity as it may reasonably require.
