Common use of Spay/Neuter Clause in Contracts

Spay/Neuter. If this Dog has not been sterilized prior to this adoption due to age or physical condition, you agree to enter into a Sterilization Agreement with us to have the Dog spayed or neutered in accordance with the Sterilization Agreement.

Spay/Neuter. If this Dog dog has not been sterilized prior to this adoption due to age or physical conditionadoption, you agree to enter into a Sterilization Agreement sterilization agreement with us to have the Dog spayed or neutered in accordance us, simultaneously with the Sterilization Agreementthis agreement (see Spay/Neuter agreement).

Spay/Neuter. If this Dog has not been sterilized prior to this adoption due to age or physical condition, you agree to enter into a Sterilization Agreement with us to have the Dog spayed or neutered in accordance with the Sterilization Agreement.

Spay/Neuter. If this Dog has not been sterilized prior to this adoption because of a vet recommendation due to age or physical condition, you agree to enter into a Sterilization Agreement with us to have the Dog cat spayed or neutered in accordance at a mutually agreed upon time and provide the Rescuer with the Sterilization Agreementa certificate of sterility.

Spay/Neuter. If In the unlikely event this Dog pet has not been sterilized prior to this adoption due to age or physical condition, you agree to enter into a Sterilization Agreement with us to have the Dog pet spayed or neutered in accordance with the Sterilization Agreement.
