Likewise, whenever the plural or feminine has been used in this Agreement, it shall be considered as if the singular shall be remitted to the National Secretary-Treasurer of the Union no later than the fifteenth (15th) day of each month following the month that such deductions were made. The remittances shall be accompanied by the names, addresses and phone numbers of the employees on whose behalf such remittances have been made. The Union agrees to indemnify and hold the Employer harmless with respect to all deductions made pursuant to this Article and with respect to any liability or claim made against the Employer by the employee(s) or any other person arising out of deductions made pursuant to this Article.
