The Credit Union will not recognize the authority of someone to whom you have given power of attorney without an acceptable, written authorization and a copy of the Power of Attorney on record at the Credit Union. You understand and agree that the Credit Union may choose to retain electronic or imaged copies of any original documents and you agree that an electronic or image copy is as valid as an original document.
