Transitional Arrangements Seller and Purchaser agree to cooperate and to proceed as follows to effect the transfer of account record responsibility for the Branches:
Requests for Flexible Working Arrangements 49.1 Employee may request change in working arrangements Clause 49 applies where an Employee has made a request for a change in working arrangements under s.65 of the Act. Consulting Contract – Follow-On Work No person, firm, subsidiary or subcontractor of a firm that has been awarded a consulting services contract or a contract which includes a consulting component may be awarded a Contract for the performance of services, the purchase of goods or supplies, or the provision of any other related action which arises from or can reasonably be deemed an end-product of work performed under the initial consulting to consulting-related Contract.
Final Arrangements 1. This Agreement shall become valid as of the day of its signing by both parties hereto, and effective as of the day following the day of its publication in the Central Register of Agreements administered by the Government Office of the Slovak Republic.
Special Arrangements Fees for activities of a non-recurring nature such as reorganizations, and/or preparation of special reports will be subject to negotiation. Fees for a change in fund structure (i.e., Core and Feeder) are subject to negotiation.
Arrangements for Payment of GAG and EAG 57) The Secretary of State shall notify the Company at a date preceding the start of each Academy Financial Year of the GAG and EAG figures in respect of each Academy which, subject to Parliamentary approval, the Secretary of State plans for that Academy Financial Year and of the assumptions and figures on which these are based.
Implementation Arrangements A. Institutional Arrangements
EFFECTIVE DATE/COMPLETION OF SERVICES 3.1 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, and subject to the approval of the Governor and Executive Council of the State of New Hampshire, if applicable, this Agreement, and all obligations of the parties hereunder, shall become effective on the date the Governor and Executive Council approve this Agreement as indicated in block 1.17, unless no such approval is required, in which case the Agreement shall become effective on the date the Agreement is signed by the State Agency as shown in block 1.13 (“Effective Date”).
Flexible Working Arrangements In accordance with the Employment Relations Act 2000, an employee affected by family violence may request a short-term (two months or less) variation of their employment arrangements to assist the employee to deal with the effects of family violence.
