Students who have special needs due to a disability or chronic illness are entitled to tailored, suitable or necessary adjustments, except where such adjustments would place a disproportionate burden on the AUAS. 2. The programme manager will endeavour to offer students with a disability a learning environment that is equal, wherever possible, to that available to students without a disability and that offers equal opportunities for academic success.
