Special Circumstance. 1.04-1 Upon the occurrence of a Special Circumstance described in 1.04-2, the trust assets shall be held for Participants who had accrued benefits under the Plans before the Special Circumstance occurred, including benefits accrued for such Participants after the Special Circumstance.
