Special Collection Services. The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for the billing and collection of payments for Special Collection Services. Rates for Special Collection Services are set in Exhibit 6 for the term of the Agreement and are not subject to annual rate increases. Special Collection Services for current and future TOWN facilities shall be provided at the request of the TOWN facilities and at the expense of the CONTRACTOR.
