The staff member will share his/her experience, in particular its impact on his/her professional development and on the sending higher education institution, as a source of inspiration to others. The staff member and the beneficiary institution commit to the requirements set out in the grant agreement signed between them. The staff member and the receiving institution/enterprise will communicate to the sending institution any problems or changes regarding the proposed mobility programme or mobility period. In case of mobility from Partner Country HEIs to Programme Country enterprises the last box should be duplicated to include the signature of the Programme Country HEI (the beneficiary) and the receiving organisation (four signatures in total).

An additional space will be added for signature of the Programme Country HEI organising the mobility. For invited staff from enterprises to teach in Programme Country HEIs, it will be sufficient with the signature of the staff member, the Programme Country HEI and the sending organisation (three signatures in total, same as in mobility between Programme Countries).
TERM, CONTINUATION AND RENEGOTIATION In this Collective Agreement, "Previous Collective Agreement" means the Collective Agreement that was in effect between the two parties for the period July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2013 including any amendments agreed to by the parties during that period.
PRINTING OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT 33.01 Provided the parties execute the Collective Agreement within sixty (60) days of the ratification of the Memorandum of Agreement, the parties shall share on a 50/50 basis the cost of printing and distributing of such agreements to the appropriate bargaining unit and management staff. The sixty (60) day time period may be extended by mutual agreement.
Formation of the Agreement 2.1 The Agreement is binding upon Supplier after accepting the Purchase Order as evidenced by acknowledgement, supply of Goods and/or performance of Services. Versuni expressly rejects Supplier’s general conditions of sale.
Posting of the Agreement A copy of this Agreement shall be displayed in a conspicuous and convenient place at the workplace so as to be easily read by all employees.
Amendment of the Agreement The Agreement is hereby amended as follows:

Termination of the Agreement In the event of failure by the participant to perform any of the obligations arising from the agreement, and regardless of the consequences provided for under the applicable law, the institution is legally entitled to terminate or cancel the agreement without any further legal formality where no action is taken by the participant within one month of receiving notification by registered letter. If the participant terminates the agreement before its agreement ends or if he/she fails to follow the agreement in accordance with the rules, he/she shall have to refund the amount of the grant already paid, except if agreed differently with the sending organisation. In case of termination by the participant due to "force majeure", i.e. an unforeseeable exceptional situation or event beyond the participant's control and not attributable to error or negligence on his/her part, the participant shall be entitled to receive at least the amount of the grant corresponding to the actual duration of the mobility period. Any remaining funds shall have to be refunded, except if agreed differently with the sending organisation.
Printing of Collective Agreement The Hospital and Union agree that the cost of printing the collective agreements will be shared equally between the parties. The Union will be responsible for having the collective agreements printed in booklet format within sixty (60) days of its signing by both parties.
