SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT (SCC). Special Conditions of Contract shall be concluded between the Procuring Agency and the successful bidder(s) as per specific requirement of the specific Product. In case where there is a conflict between the general conditions of the contract and the special conditions of contract, the special condition of contract shall prevail.
