Experience and Technical Capacity. The Tenderer shall furnish documentary evidence to demonstrate that it meets the following experience requirement(s) using the form provided in Section IV. In case the Tenderer is a JV, experience and demonstrated technical capacity of only the JV shall be taken into account and not of individual members nor their individual experience/capacity will be aggregated unless all members of the JV have been manufacturing and supplying Goods offered in the Tender to the same technology, processing, design, materials, specifications, model number, etc. in all respects such that Goods manufactured have the same functional characteristics, performance parameters, outputs and other guarantees and fully interchangeable which shall be documented along with other required documents demonstrating capacity to the satisfaction of the Procuring Entity in case individual members claim experience. Otherwise, documents evidencing experience and technical capacity shall be in the name of the JV that submitted the Tender. Wherever the Words “Similar Goods” have been used it includes upgrades, latest and improved versions or models of similar specifications and technology. Refer to Form Exp-1 to provide the required information.

i) The Tenderer shall be manufacturing similar Goods for the last 3years.
ii) The Tenderer shall furnish documentary evidence to demonstrate successful completion of at least 3 of contracts of similar Goods in the last 3years each contract costing at equivalent and involving a supply of at least 80 percentage of required quantity iii) (Optional) The installed capacity to manufacture 150 number of items shall not be less than 70 units per week.

a) The bidder (OEM/Direct Distributor/Dealer) should have maintained during past 3 years, at least two similar equipments / systems as mentioned in Chapter-4. The Bidder should furnish the information on all past supplies and satisfactory performance during past 3 years in the Performance Statement Form (Chapter-7, Annexure D). Bidders shall invariably furnish documentary evidence (Client‟s certificate) in support of the satisfactory operation of the equipment / system.
b) Details of Service Centres and information on service support facilities that would be provided after the warranty period (in the Service Support Form- Chapter-8 Annexure-F).
c) That adequate and specialized expertise is already available or will be made available following the execution of the contract in the Contracting Institute‟s country, to ensure that the support services are responsive and adequate as per ITB 1.13.2(c).

If an Agent submits bids on behalf of more than one Manufacturer, unless each such bid is accompanied by a separate Bid Form for each bid, and a bid security, when required, for each bid, and a valid authorized dealership certificate from the respective Manufacturer, all such bids will be rejected as nonresponsive. G. For each Lot & Sub-Lots, only completed Contracts / Purchase / Work Orders, which are relevant to the equipment quoted, will be considered as the business done. X. Xxxx against each lot will be evaluated separately. If the bidder chooses to bid for more than one lot, the bidder will need to meet the aggregate qualification criteria for those lots. Award of contract to the successful bidder shall be made as per individual lots. I. In the case of Bids submitted by an existing or intended JV consortium, or association, following requirements must be fulfilled by all the member s of JV: i. A Joint venture agreement on stamp paper duly signed & stamped by all parties. Legally vetted by legal departments of all participating parties.
