Common use of SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT. (If Any) The intent of the Contract Documents is to include all labor, materials, water, fuel, tools, plants, utility, and transportation services, and all other incidental services and expenses necessary or required for proper execution and completion of the Work. The Contract Documents shall not be construed to create a contractual relationship of any kind (1) between the Architect/Engineer and Contractor; (2) between Owner and a Subcontractor or Sub-subcontractor; or (3) between any persons or entities other than Owner and Contractor.
