SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT. 1. The work proposed is to be undertaken in the occupied building. The movement/ carrying of materials etc. are also suitably governed. The materials may have to be carried by staircase and all such constraints factors governing the building maintenance, security, working and transporting timings have to be ascertained and works are to be suitably planned. No extra cost will be payable to the contractor on account of any re-fundable deposit or non-refundable payment to be effected to the society.
2. The contractor shall ensure that on day-to-day basis or as agreed upon, the waste, debris, packing materials on its unpacking etc. are to be cleared from the site /building so that the functionality of the building premises is not affected.
3. In case of electrical works before doing any temporary disconnections etc, the contractor must inform the Bank officials in advance and then the connections shall be restored immediately on completion of works. The electrical contractor shall always provide and ensure that at the least one competent electrician is available throughout the work period even if there are no electrical works scheduled for the day, in particular at the beginning of the day well before commencement of the working hours so as to ensure availability of power and for any trouble shooting. No extra cost or separate claim for this said work shall be payable and shall be part of the responsibility of the contractor undertaking electrical works.
4. The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes, fees & duties payable by the contractor, as applicable to type of work undertaken. The contractor shall submit the details and proof of such payment of such taxes pertaining to this work within 15 days of such payments made to the concerned authorities. Non-submission of such details shall be liable to be treated as non-performance of contract during the defect liability period and retention money / security deposit is liable to be withheld for such period till submission of details, if necessary. The contractor shall note that the quoted item rates shall include all expenses incurred by the contractor for providing the items on site.
5. The contractor shall provide duly attested photographs of their personnel / workers to the Bank on their letter head in advance due to security issues. SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT. 01- The duration of the contract for requisitioning of Tankers will be one year from the date of issue of the contracts.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT. 6.1 The offices must be available from 1 November 2015 or a date mutually agreed upon between the parties and must meet the Municipality’s specifications fully.
6.2 Although the needs identified in Annexure A are as accurate as possible, they are approximate. Negotiations will be entered into with the Lessor to finalise any changes and preferences in the final lay-out of the offices.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT. 8.1. The contract on sub tenancy is to be registered in justice institution of state registration of rights of possession of immovable property and bargains with it and is to be sent to the Lessor to the following calculation.
8.2. The term of contract on sub tenancy cannot exceed the term of the Contract.
8.3. At prescheduled cancellation of the Contract the contract on sub tenancy is ceased to be effective.
8.4. The expenses, connected with state registration of the Contract lays on the Leaseholder.
8.5. The contract is worked out in three copies, having equal validity, each Side have one of them, one copy deeds in justice institution of state registration of rights of possession of immovable property and bargains with it, one copy deeds to organ, pointed in 4.2.4.
