Common use of Special Court Hours Clause in Contracts

Special Court Hours. ‌ Occasionally a Court may be in session after Normal Working Hours. When this occurs, the Contractor will provide service as if it were Normal Working Hours. Every effort will be made to provide at least a twenty-four (24) hour notice, but in some cases little or no advance notice may be given. Work outside of Normal Working Hours and the coordination of such Work is included in Firm Fixed Price.
