Special Deductible. The following deductible provision replaces any other deductible provision in this policy with re- spect to loss covered under this endorsement: We will pay only that part of the total of the loss for all Section I Property Coverages, except Cover- age D – Loss of Use and the Additional Cover- ages, that exceeds the earthquake deductible stated in this endorsement. In determining the amount, if any, that we will pay for loss or damage, we will deduct an amount equal to %* of the limit of liability that applies to either Coverage A – Dwelling or Coverage C – Personal Property, whichever is greater, in the policy to which this endorsement is attached. The total deductible amount will not be less than $250.

Special Deductible. The following deductible provision replaces any other deductible provision in the policy with re- spect to loss covered under this endorsement. We will pay only that part of the loss which ex- ceeds $250. No other deductible applies to this coverage. This deductible does not apply with re- spect to Coverage D – Loss of Use.
Special Deductible. The policyholder shall have special deductible of 25% of the amount of loss or higher deductible indicated in the policy if: 1 the insured object drowns or sinks into water, through ice or into the swamp; 2 the insured object is not equipped with the required number of fire extinguishers and this has a cause- and-effect relationship with the occurrence or extent of fire; 3 the insured object has not been sufficiently cleaned if the object is used in a peat swamp, forest, on the territory of a timber processing company or in any other fire-risk place and this has a cause-and-effect relationship with the occurrence or extent of fire.

  • Insurance, Loss Deductible The Customer shall be exempt from, and in no way liable for, any sums of money which may represent a deductible in any insurance policy. The payment of such deductible shall be the sole responsibility of the Contractor providing such insurance. Upon request, the Contractor shall furnish the Customer an insurance certificate proving appropriate coverage is in full force and effect.

  • Deductible An annual deductible of fifty dollars ($50) per person and one hundred fifty dollars ($150) per family applies to State Dental Plan non-preventive services received from in-network providers. An annual deductible of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125) per person applies to State Dental Plan services received from out of network providers. The deductible must be satisfied before coverage begins.

  • Self-Insured Retention/Deductibles Certificates of Insurance must indicate the applicable deductible/self-insured retention on each policy. Deductibles or self-insured retentions above $100,000 are subject to approval from OGS, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Vendor and Contractors shall be solely responsible for all claim expenses and loss payments within the deductible or self-insured retention.

  • Uninsured Losses The Servicer must take the following actions in the event of loss or damage to any Mortgaged Property caused by an earthquake, flood, tornado or other natural disaster immediately following, the earlier to occur of (x) its notification or discovery of such loss or damage or (y) the time at which the Servicer reasonably should have known of such loss or damage in the exercise of Prudent Servicing Practices: (a) determine the extent of the losses or damages; (b) secure any abandoned Mortgaged Property from vandalism and the elements; (c) communicate with and counsel the respective Borrower on any disaster relief programs or other assistance which is available; and (d) take appropriate action to protect the interests of the Trustee and the respective Borrower.

  • Union Dues Deductions It shall be a condition of employment for all Nurses in the Bargaining Unit, that dues be deducted from their bi-weekly salary in the amount determined by the Union. The deductions for newly employed Nurses shall be in the first pay period of employment. The dues shall be submitted monthly to the Union together with a list of the Nurses from whom the deductions were made.

  • Union Deductions All employees who are covered by the certification with the Union shall, as a condition of continuing employment, authorize a deduction from their pay cheques of the amount of the dues, levies and assessments payable to the Union by a member of the Union. The Employer shall provide a copy of the authorization form, which has been forwarded by the Union, to each new employee. Upon receipt of written notice from the Union, the Employer shall terminate the services of any employee who does not authorize the deduction as above. The Employer agrees to deduct the amount of the Union dues, levies and assessments payable to the Union by an employee in the Union’s bargaining unit. The Union shall inform the Employer in writing of the amount to be deducted from each employee. The Union shall advise the Employer in writing sixty (60) calendar days in advance of any change in the amount to be deducted. The Employer shall remit such dues, levies and assessments to the Union within twenty-eight (28) calendar days from the date of deduction, together with a written statement containing the names of the employees for whom the deductions were made and the amount of each deduction. The Employer shall supply each employee, without charge, a receipt for income tax purposes shown on the T4 slip in the amount of the deductions paid to the Union by the employee in the previous year. Such receipts shall be provided to the employee prior to March 1 of the succeeding year. Deductions for levies and assessments shall be a percentage of wages.

  • Loss of Shared-Loss Coverage on Shared-Loss Loans The Receiver shall be relieved of its obligations with respect to a Shared-Loss Loan upon payment of a Foreclosure Loss amount, or a Short Sale Loss amount with respect to such Single Family Shared-Loss Loan, or upon the sale without FDIC consent of a Single Family Shared-Loss Loan by Assuming Institution to a person or entity that is not an Affiliate. The Assuming Institution shall provide the Receiver with timely notice of any such sale. Failure to administer any Shared-Loss Loan or Loans in accordance with Article III shall at the discretion of the Receiver constitute grounds for the loss of shared loss coverage with respect to such Shared-Loss Loan or Loans. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a sale of the Single Family Shared-Loss Loan, for purposes of this Section 2.7, shall not be deemed to have occurred as the result of (i) any change in the ownership or control of Assuming Institution or the transfer of any or all of the Single Family Shared-Loss Loan(s) to any Affiliate of Assuming Institution, (ii) a merger by Assuming Institution with or into any other entity, or (iii) a sale by Assuming Institution of all or substantially all of its assets.

  • Union Dues Deduction The Employer agrees to deduct and forward to the Financial Secretary of the Local Union, upon receipt of a voluntary written authorization, the working dues from the pay of each IBEW member. The amount to be deducted shall be the amount specified in the approved Local Union Bylaws. The Local Union, upon request by the Employer, shall certify such amount to the Employer.

  • ALPS Compensation; Expenses (a) ALPS will bear all expenses in connection with the performance of its services under this Agreement, except as otherwise provided herein. ALPS will not bear any of the costs of Fund personnel. Other Fund expenses incurred shall be borne by the Fund or the Fund’s investment adviser, including, but not limited to, initial organization and offering expenses; the blue sky registration and qualification of Shares for sale in the various states in which the officers of the Fund shall determine it advisable to qualify such Shares for sale (including registering the Fund as a broker or dealer or any officer of the Fund as agent or salesman in any state); litigation expenses; taxes; costs of preferred shares; expenses of conducting repurchase offers for the purpose of repurchasing Fund shares; administration, transfer agency, and custodial expenses; interest; Fund directors’ or trustees’ fees; brokerage fees and commissions; state and federal registration fees; advisory fees; insurance premiums; fidelity bond premiums; Fund and investment advisory related legal expenses; costs of maintenance of Fund existence; printing and delivery of materials in connection with meetings of the Fund’s directors or trustees; printing and mailing of shareholder reports, prospectuses, statements of additional information, other offering documents and supplements, proxy materials, and other communications to shareholders; securities pricing data and expenses in connection with electronic filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”).

  • Dues Deductions Prior to the preparation of the first payroll of the school year, the Association shall indicate to the District, in writing, the dollar amounts of individual dues and assessments of the Southside Education Association, National Education Association, Washington Education Association and Olympic UniServ Council, to be deducted during the school year to follow. These total deductions shall remain unchanged during the school year. The deductions, as indicated above, shall be deducted in twelve (12) equal amounts in paychecks to begin in September and continue through August; provided that the District has received a written authorization form from any such employee who desires to make said deductions; teachers who work less than a full year shall have their deductions pro-rated at one- twelfth (1/12th), of the total amount, for each month they are employed. Amounts may be prorated by the amount of FTE worked as agreed upon and presented in writing by the Southside Education Association. The District shall promptly remit all monies so collected directly to the Washington Education Association with a list of teachers from whom deductions have been made. The District shall notify the Association of any changes in said list due to teachers entering or leaving the employment of the District; such notification shall be before the monthly pay period. If the Association receives an amount for a teacher in excess of the proper amount to be deducted, the Association shall reimburse that teacher for any overcharge in dues. The Association will indemnify, defend and hold the District harmless against any claims, suits, orders, and/or judgments against the District on account of any check-off of Association dues. This dues deduction system is only for the collection of dues and shall not be used for the collection of any Association imposed fines, penalties, or assessments, nor will it be used for the collection of initiation fees or any other type of Association collection of monies. Employees who wish to revoke this deduction authorization may do so upon written notice to the District and the Association. The employee shall provide written notice to the Association and to the District of his/her wish to no longer have dues withheld from his/her paycheck. Teachers who decide to join the Association and currently have no deductions for dues may do so by signing and delivering, by the fifteenth of any month, a payroll deduction or revocation authorization form to the District office. This form shall authorize deduction of membership dues of the Associations (including NEA and WEA) and shall continue in force from year to year unless the teacher submits a written revocation to the District and the Association.
