GE agrees to provide Airline with a special price for the New Engines, equal to [***] off the price listed in Attachment C, and subject to escalation in accordance with Attachment D. GE and Airline agree this selling price, compared to the list price in calculated in accordance with Attachments C & D, shall be considered a Special Allowance for the purposes of the terms and conditions contained in Attachment B.
