Special individualized Program. In the special individualized program, the maximum pupil to instructional ratio shall be five to one (5:1). For the purpose calculating this ratio Teacher shall have a weighting factor of one (1.0) and a classroom assistant or school aide weighting factor of 0.5. Only one classroom assistant or school aide shall be counted for purposes of determining the pupil to staff ratio.
