Such meetings may be held upon with at least 76-hours’ advance notice given to all Directors not less than three (3) days prior to the date of the meetingeach Manager. Such notice shall need not state a purpose of such meeting or specify the time, date, place, and purpose business to be transacted at such meeting except as otherwise required by applicable Law or purposes ofas expressly required by this Agreement. The Chairperson will preside over all special Board meetings.
