Special Meetings of Trustees. Special meetings of the Trustees may be held at any time and at any place when called by the Chairman of the Trustees, any Vice Chairman, the President or the Treasurer or by two (2) or more Trustees, or if there shall be fewer than three (3) Trustees, by any Trustee; provided, that notice of the time, place and purposes thereof is given to each Trustee in accordance with Section 2.4 hereof by the Secretary or morean Assistant Secretary or by the officer or the Trustees calling the meeting.
