Special Needs Beneficiary. The term "Special Needs Beneficiary" will be defined by the IRS under Regulations issued under Code Section 530, and that definition will be incorporated herein by reference. A Special Needs Beneficiary will not be subject to the age 18 contribution limit set forth in Article I nor the age 30 distribution require- ment set forth in Article III, as provided in Code Section 530 and any Regulations issued thereunder.

Faculty members will be eligible to purchase the following supplemental coverage: 1. additional amounts of group term life insurance at a level of between one and three (3) times the Faculty member’s annual salary with a maximum of $600,000. The guaranteed issue level at initial enrollment will be determined by the life insurance carrier and any amounts over the guaranteed level will be subject to the underwriting requirements of the life insurance carrier. 2. group term life insurance for spouses and domestic partners at a level of between one (1) and three (3) times annual salary with a maximum of $600,000.   • Key Person Life Insurance The Company will maintain key person life insurance in an amount not less than $1,200,000 on the life of E. Xxxxxxx Xxxxx and pay the annual premiums therefor naming the Company as the sole beneficiary thereof for at least three years following the Effective Date.

  • Death Benefits Upon the Executive’s death during the Contract Period, the Executive’s estate shall not be entitled to any further benefits under this Agreement.
