Xxxxxxxxx ESA means a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account that satisfies the requirements of Section 530 of the Code. (“Xxxxxxxxx ESA” is used in the Agreement to generally refer to all Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Accounts. “Xxxxxxxxx ESA Account” is used in this Agreement to refer to the specific Xxxxxxxxx ESA Account created by the execution of a Xxxxxxxxx ESA Adoption Agreement under the Xxxxxxxxx ESA Custodial Agreement.) "Custodian," "we" and "us" each mean BNY Mellon Investment Servicing Trust Company.

Examples of Xxxxxxxxx ESA in a sentence

  • The custodian will not be responsible for any penalties, taxes, judgments, or expenses incurred in connection with this Xxxxxxxxx ESA.

  • Neither the responsible individual, the designated beneficiary (nor anyone acting on behalf of the designated beneficiary), the depositor nor any contributor may sell, transfer or pledge any interest in the Xxxxxxxxx ESA in any manner whatsoever, except as provided by law or this agreement.
