Common use of Special Needs Restraint Clause in Contracts

Special Needs Restraint. is an Enhanced Child Restraint System designed for children who have special needs as a result of either a physical or mental disability; this device may in particular permit additional restraining devices for any part of the child, but it shall contain as a minimum a primary means of restraint which complies with the requirements of this Regulation.
