Special Notes. The Seller’s warranty replacement and aftermarket service parts will be made available through Authorized Wholesalers, Distributors, certain OEM and National Accounts or from Seller directly depending on the market place. Only the Seller’s certified parts are to be used for in-warranty replacement of defective parts supplied on the Seller’s products. All warranty parts are shipped either freight collect or pre-paid and charged via the most economical means as determined by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to furnish refurbished parts for service replacements. The Seller reserves the right to replace defective part(s) on an assembly rather than replacing the complete assembly. The Seller reserves the right to inspect all parts removed and or replaced in the course of effecting repairs that will be invoiced to the Seller under the terms and conditions of the warranty policy. This inspection time and location is at the discretion of Seller. All in-warranty parts that are defective and not required to be returned to the Seller MUST NOT be scrapped until a warranty credit is issued. Special circumstances may dictate that a certain item must be returned to the Seller for analysis. Care must be taken to avoid premature disposal of any part(s) prior to authorization or issuance of a credit note.

Special Notes. The number of copies to be executed by the parties should be stated in the agreement in the space provided. Such additional signed copies shall be prepared as may be required by the surety companies and others.

Special Notes. 1. Contractors are not to initiate requests for Variance directly to the Local Union. Contractors must route Variance Requests through the N.E.C.A Chapter.
2. The local union will not contact any contractors directly with Variance decisions. The local union will contact only N.E.C.A. with the Variance decision. N.E.C.A. is responsible for notifying the contractors(s).
3. Contractors are entitled to use a Variance for a particular project, only if they have received notification of the Variance from N.E.C.A. prior to the bid time.
4. All Variance Requests must be reduced to writing and signed by the local union business manager or his/her representative and the N.E.C.A chapter manager or his/her representative. A written Variance will be the only Variance recognized by the local union and N.E.C.A. A contractor using a Variance without prior local union approval will be in violation of the Recovery Agreement.
5. All contractors are requested to take whatever precautions are necessary to safeguard the integrity of a Variance. Once a Variance “gets on the street”, it may lose its impact.
Special Notes. All the provisions hereof have been negotiated thoroughly by the relevant parties. The Guarantor hereby reminds other relevant parties to pay special attention to provisions hereof regarding the waiver or restriction on the responsibilities of the Guarantor, certain unilateral rights of the Guarantor, increase in the responsibilities or restriction on rights of such other relevant parties, and to understand such provisions completely and accurately. The Guarantor has provided relevant explanations regarding the foregoing provisions as required by other relevant parties. All the signatories hereof share the same understanding of this Agreement as the Guarantor.
Special Notes. By Signing below the buyer agrees to the fees and any and all conditions as set forth in this sales contract as well as verifies that they are of age to enter into a legal contract. Blue Moon Dogs has the right to request verification of age at any time during the transaction. Any misrepresentation on the part of the buyer will void this and all contracts between the buyer and seller. Further any misrepresentation will be considered an attempt to commit fraud and will release the seller from any and all liability.
