Common use of Special Occasion Permit and Liquor Liability Insurance Clause in Contracts

Special Occasion Permit and Liquor Liability Insurance. Permittee must provide a copy of its Special Occasion Permit issued by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board for each event listed above. In addition, Permittee must provide Special Event Liquor Liability Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000, which insurance names the “City of Bethlehem, its officers and employees” as an additional insured. The insurance shall provide coverage for the periods of time indicated above as Duration.
