Special Offers/Promotions to Authorized Users Under/Outside of Contract. Contractor may offer Authorized Users, under either the Contract or any other contracting vehicle, competitive pricing which is lower than the rates set forth herein at any time during the Contract term and such lower rates shall not be applied as a global price reduction under the Contract pursuant to the foregoing paragraph (ii).
