Special Payments Clause Samples
The Special Payments clause defines specific payments that are made outside the standard payment terms of a contract. These payments may be triggered by particular events, milestones, or achievements, such as completion of a project phase, meeting performance targets, or as compensation for unforeseen circumstances. By clearly outlining when and how these additional payments are made, the clause ensures both parties understand their financial obligations and entitlements, thereby reducing the risk of disputes and providing clarity around exceptional compensation scenarios.
