Special Provision Concerning Subsidiaries. Anything to the contrary notwithstanding, the notice and approval of visitation restrictions contemplated in the Agreement shall not apply to visits between the Corporation and its subsidiaries. However, visits between the Corporation’s subsidiaries and any Affiliate shall be subject to the visitation approval procedures set forth herein.
