Special Provisions on Joint Appointments. In cases of joint appointments in Law and another College, the candidate's dossier or application for renewal shall be submitted to the College with primary responsibility for the appointment. That unit shall consult with the other college before making its recommendations concerning five-year appointment status or renewal.
