Common use of Special Provisions with Respect to Seller Clause in Contracts

Special Provisions with Respect to Seller. If the Closing ----------------------------------------- occurs as provided herein, then at that time all representations, warranties, covenants and agreements to the extent made or adopted by Seller (and only to such extent) shall expire and be of no further force and effect, and Seller's having made representations, warranties, covenants and agreements shall in no way limit the liability of the Shareholders for those representations, warranties, covenants and agreements pursuant to this Agreement.
