Special Rate Periods. The provisions contained in Section 3 of Part I of the Statement concerning Special Rate Periods and the notification of a Special Rate Period will be followed by the Trust and, to the extent applicable, the Auction Agent, and the provisions contained therein are incorporated herein by reference in their entirety and shall be deemed to be a part of this Agreement to the same extent as if such provisions were set forth fully herein.
