Common use of Special Reports and Services Clause in Contracts

Special Reports and Services. (i) CQFS may provide additional special reports upon the request of the Trust or a Portfolio's investment adviser or designee, which may result in additional charges, the amount of which shall be agreed upon between the parties prior to the provision of such special report. (ii) CQFS may provide such other similar services with respect to a Portfolio as may be reasonably requested by the Trust, which may result in an additional charge, the amount of which shall be agreed upon between the parties prior to the provision of such service.
