Common use of SPECIAL RESTRICTED STOCK AWARD Clause in Contracts

SPECIAL RESTRICTED STOCK AWARD. As of the Effective Date, you will receive a grant of Xxxxxx restricted stock with a value (determined as if no restrictions applied) of $60,000. The restricted stock will vest in three equal installments on the third, fourth and fifth anniversaries of the grant of the award provided that you remain employed with Xxxxxx during that time.
