Common use of Special Risk or Circumstances Clause in Contracts

Special Risk or Circumstances. The City reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify the requirements of this Section 3.2.10, including limits, based on any of the following: (A) the nature of the risk of the Services; (B) the prior experience of the insured; (C) the rating or other quality or characteristic of the insurer; (D) any special or unique coverage issues; and (E) any other special or unique circumstances.
