Special Situations. ▪ If the employee is on sick leave and unable to work, the employer’s contribution will be based on that employee’s fixed contracted wage or the salary immediately prior to the sick leave. ▪ If the employee's contract of employment is terminated during the calendar year, the employer’s contribution will not be paid out or settled.
