Special Statutory Rights. Tenants may have special statutory rights to terminate the lease early in certain situations involving family violence, military deployment or transfer, or certain sex offenses. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant shall continue to be liable for any unpaid, past due rent and rent due until the tenant’s termination becomes effective.
