Special terms for international money transfers. If you believe an error has occurred with your international money transfer, you must contact us within 180 days of the date we promised that funds would be made available to the recipient. When you do, please give us: ● your name and address; ● telephone number; ● the error or problem with the transfer, and why you believe it's an error or problem; ● the name of the person receiving the funds, and if you know it, his or her telephone number or address; ● the dollar amount of the transfer; and ● the confirmation code or number of the transaction. We’ll determine whether an error occurred within 90 days of you contacting us, and we’ll correct any error promptly. We’ll tell you the results within three business days after completing our investigation. If we decide that there was no error, or if the error is a different type or amount than you reported, we’ll give you a written explanation. You can ask for copies of the documentation we relied upon to make this determination.
