Jurisdiction and Choice of Law This Agreement shall be construed according to English law and any disputes arising under it shall, subject to the provisions of clause 19 above, be determined in the English Courts.
WORK JURISDICTION Par. 1. It is agreed by the parties to this Agreement that all work specified in Article IV shall be performed exclusively by Elevator Constructor Mechanics, Elevator Constructor Helpers, Elevator Constructor Apprentices and Elevator Constructor Assistant Mechanics in the employ of the Company.
OWNERSHIP OF WRITTEN PRODUCTS All reports, documents or other written material (“written products” herein) developed by Consultant in the performance of this Agreement shall be and remain the property of City without restriction or limitation upon its use or dissemination by City. Consultant may take and retain copies of such written products as desired, but no such written products shall be the subject of a copyright application by Consultant.
JURISDICTION & VENUE In the event that any action is brought to enforce any provision of this Master Contract, the parties agree to exclusive jurisdiction in Xxxxxxxx County Superior Court for the State of Washington and agree that in any such action venue shall lie exclusively at Olympia, Washington.
