Authorized User Terms and Conditions As noted above, the terms and conditions set forth in this section are expressly incorporated in, and applicable to, the Authorized User Agreement resulting from this Contract. The following sections are intended as descriptive and are not intended to limit or otherwise restrict the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Appendix B Appendix B, Office of General Services General Specifications, dated January 2015 22772 Project Based Information Technology Consulting (Statewide), attached hereto, is hereby incorporated in, and expressly made a part of, this Contract.
Termination of use of supplementary card The basic cardmember is entitled at any time to terminate the use of any supplementary card, and the supplementary cardmember may terminate the use of his supplementary card, at any time in accordance with clause
Service Terms Each Service Order will provide for a service term. At the end of the service term of any Service Order, unless either party gives written notice to the other party of its intention not to renew at least ninety (90) days before the end of a service term, the term of such Service Order will automatically renew for successive twelve (12) month periods. Termination of one Service Order will not affect the term of any other Service Order.
ADDITIONAL TERMS OF SERVICE The following additional terms of service (hereinafter “Additional Terms of Service”) will apply in the event that You are purchasing or subscribing for one or more of the following Services in addition to the Terms and Conditions. To the extent that the Additional Terms of Services conflict with the Terms, the Additional Terms of Service, as may be applicable, will prevail.
Changes to the Terms of Use We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter. Standard Terms and Conditions Executive expressly understands and acknowledges that the Standard Terms and Conditions attached hereto are incorporated herein by reference, deemed a part of this Agreement and are binding and enforceable provisions of this Agreement. References to “this Agreement” or the use of the term “hereof” shall refer to this Agreement and the Standard Terms and Conditions attached hereto, taken as a whole.
