Parallel Operation Obligations Once the Small Generating Facility has been authorized to commence parallel operation, the Interconnection Customer shall abide by all rules and procedures pertaining to the parallel operation of the Small Generating Facility in the applicable control area, including, but not limited to: (1) the rules and procedures concerning the operation of generation set forth in the NYISO tariffs or ISO Procedures or the Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariff; (2) any requirements consistent with Good Utility Practice or that are necessary to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the Transmission System or Distribution System; and (3) the Operating Requirements set forth in Attachment 5 of this Agreement.
Local Church’s Payment Obligations At Closing or otherwise prior to or on the Disaffiliation Date, Local Church shall pay to the Annual Conference, in a manner specified by Annual Conference, the following:
Payment Limited to Satisfactory Services Contractor is not entitled to any payments from City until [insert name of department] approves Services, including any furnished Deliverables, as satisfying all of the requirements of this Agreement. Engineer Payment of Subproviders No later than ten (10) days after receiving payment from the State, the Engineer shall pay all subproviders for work performed under a subcontract authorized hereunder. The State may withhold all payments that have or may become due if the Engineer fails to comply with the ten-day payment requirement. The State may also suspend the work under this contract or any work authorization until subproviders are paid. This requirement also applies to all lower tier subproviders, and this provision must be incorporated into all subcontracts.
Contractor Certification regarding Boycotting Israel Pursuant to Chapter 2270, Texas Government Code, Contractor certifies Contractor (1) does not currently boycott Israel; and (2) will not boycott Israel during the Term of this Agreement. Responsibilities of Contractor A. The Contractor shall perform all work on the described project as required by the Contract documents. The work to be performed includes the labor and services necessary to produce such replacement, and all materials, supplies, tools, transportation, equipment, and machinery required for replacement.
