Specialized Positions Sample Clauses

Specialized Positions. Employees who have applied for and are selected to serve on the Fire Brigade, Tool Control Officers, Key Control Officers, lead workers, correctional officers in F Unit, Fire Crew Officers or Ranch Officers shall receive an additional $.50 per hour. The amount shall continue as long as the employee serves in that particular position. The amount shall be included in the employee’s base pay and shall be subject to statutory longevity increases, across the board base pay increases appropriated by the Legislature and any other pay or benefit that is calculated off the employee’s base pay.
Specialized Positions. When it is known in advance that a position requiring specialized training will become vacant (i.e., via retirement, etc.), the District shall send out a preliminary posting to give interested bargaining unit members an opportunity to seek the necessary training.
Specialized Positions. Specialized, non-classroom teaching positions occurring within the Unit shall be identified by the Office of Human Resources in the weekly Administrative Bulletin. Such identification shall be for purposes of information only and create no further obligation on the part of the District with regard to filling such positions.
Specialized Positions. Paraeducators working in an assignment that requires additional training due to the disability of the student(s) they will be working with as directed by the District or at the daycare program at Centralia High School will receive an additional $.50 an hour in hourly compensation.
