Specials Resources. The elementary principal who serves as a liaison and his/her representative committee shall do a study of needed “large” items to standardize curriculum across the district and shall make a recommendation to the Superintendent or his/her designee as to cost, items needed and a schedule for implementation. Administration has the right to accept, deny or alter the recommendation or request submitted by the special teachers.
