Common use of Specialty Incentives Clause in Contracts

Specialty Incentives. A. Employees who possess a current EMT-Paramedic certificate/license shall receive an additional two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) per month added to their base salary. B. Employees who possess a Haz-Mat Incident Command Certificate shall receive an additional two and one-half percent (2.5%) of base pay. C. Employees who possess a Haz-Mat Specialist Certificate shall receive an additional five percent (5%) of base pay. D. Employees will not receive additional pay for certificates or degrees concerning Hazardous Materials other than those listed above.

Employees who possess a Haz-Mat Specialist Certificate shall receive an additional five percent (5%) of base pay. D. E. Employees will not receive additional pay for certificates or degrees concerning Hazardous Materials other than those listed above.
