Specific Changes. The Contractor will not sell to the State any notebook computers with less than a 1.2 GHz internal clock-speed. The Contractor will not sell to the State any PCs or servers using CPUs with less than a 1.6 GHz internal clock speed. All such items listed in the Contractor’s Price List are deleted for purposes of this contract. The Contractor will not offer to the State any products that are not year 2000 compliant.
