Specific Covenants. Any Loan Party fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section 7.01, 7.02, 7.03, 7.057.05(a), 7.10, 7.11 or 7.13 7.11, or Article VIII VIII; or

Any Loan Party fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained (i) in any of Section 7.01Sections 7.01(a), 7.027.01(b), 7.02(a), 7.03, 7.05, 7.107.07, 7.10(a), or 7.11 or 7.13 ARTICLE VIII, or Article VIII (ii) in any of Sections 4.04(a), 7.02(b) or 7.02(c) and such failure continues for three (3) or more Business Days; or

Specific Covenants. Any Loan Party fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained (i) in any of Section 7.01Sections 7.01(a), 7.027.01(b), 7.03, 7.057.05(a), 7.07, 7.10, 7.11 7.11, or 7.13 7.19 or Article VIII ARTICLE VIII, or (ii) in any of Sections 4.04, 7.02(a), 7.02(b) or 7.02(c) and such failure continues for three (3) or more Business Days; or

Specific Covenants. Any Loan Party fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section 7.01, 7.02, 7.03, 7.05, 7.10, 7.11 7.11, 7.12, 7.14, 7.15, 7.16, 7.17, 7.18, 7.19, 7.20 or 7.13 7.21 or Article VIII VIII; or

Specific Covenants. Any Loan Party fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section 7.01, 7.02, 7.03, 7.05, 7.10, 7.11 7.11, 7.12, 7.14, or 7.13 7.14 or Article VIII VIII; or

Specific Covenants. Any Loan Party fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section 7.01, 7.02, 7.03, 7.057.05 (with respect to any Loan Party’s existence), 7.10, 7.11 or 7.13 or Article VIII VIII; or
