Specific Enforcement; Extension of Period. (a) Employee acknowledges that the restrictions contained in Sections 6, 7, and 8 hereof are reasonable and necessary to protect the legitimate interests of the Company and its affiliates, that the duration of the restrictions are reasonable given the nature of this Agreement and the position Employee holds within the Company, and that the Company would not enter into this Agreement unless Employee agrees to be bound by the restrictions set forth in Sections 6, 7 and 8 hereof.
