Specific Equipment. Georgia-Pacific intends to remove the following equipment from the "Remaining Buildings."
1. Bellingham flat ▇▇▇▇▇ stock washer;
2. Four (4) rotary pulp screens in the Pulp Screen room (▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Black ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇);
3. Beloit Pulp pressure washer; and,
4. Four (4) IMPCO pulp vacuum washer drums. Prior to removing the equipment, Georgia-Pacific shall submit a plan to the Port for approval that will provide for removal without materially affecting those buildings.

(g) Any other equipment as agreed to in writing by Big Top and the Parks Superintendent.
Specific Equipment. Failure of any of the following specific equipment to operate as reasonably expected by Company or to manufacturer's specifications:
A. Bridge radar (both radars to be working when Vessel leaves port).
B. Auto pilot.
C. Gyro compass.
Specific Equipment. 11.1 In these Terms and Conditions, “Specific Equipment” means all tools, jigs, fixtures, forms, models, control panels and other devices which have been produced or adapted specially for the production or control of Products for HTM, or which have been provided, paid for or in any other way financed by HTM.

Specific Equipment. 6.1 The Parties will agree on the Specific Equipment that will be required to perform the Services. If OTL wishes MolMed to use such equipment for the performance of the Service, OTL shall notify MolMed in writing and the Parties will agree upon a reasonable fee if applicable based on mutual agreement by the Parties to be paid by OTL under the relevant Statement of Work.
6.2 OTL shall deliver the Specific Equipment [***]. Risk of loss and damages to the Specific Equipment shall be borne by [***]. MolMed shall be responsible for [***].
6.3 During the duration of the Agreement MolMed shall [***].
6.4 Prior written notice to OTL, MolMed will be [***].
6.5 If required by OTL, the Specific Equipment will be purchased by MolMed [***].
6.6 In the event the type or the quantity of the Specific Equipment, which are not located in an Exclusive Transduction Suite, may require plant adaptations, limit substantially the space, and/or create safety hazards, MolMed shall have the right to request a meeting with OTL, wherein the Parties shall discuss the feasibility of Specific Equipment installation, potential risk and cost to be borne by OTL with regards to the same.
6.7 All quality related activities involving Specific Equipment will be [***].
6.8 Upon termination or expiry of the Agreement, [***].
6.9 OTL shall appropriately dismantle and remove [***] Specific Equipment within [***]. During this period MolMed shall co-operate and permit reasonable access to its premises to allow OTL, or OTL sub-contractors, to dismantle and remove Specific Equipment.
6.10 MolMed will be responsible for any equipment, other than Specific Equipment, located at the Facility.
6.11 The list of Specific Equipment in Schedule 6 may be amended from time to time upon written agreement between the Parties. Such agreement may be reached by email or as a side letter to this Agreement.
