Salvage. All materials which are scrapped or removed in connection with the making of repairs required by Articles 9 or 10 shall be or become the property of Lessor or Lessee depending on which party is paying for or providing the financing for such work.
Salvage. All materials which are scrapped or removed in connection with the making of either Capital Additions or non-Capital Additions or repairs required by Article 5 shall be or become the property of the party that paid for such work.

Other than Tenant's Personal Property, all materials which are scrapped or removed in connection with the making of repairs, alterations, improvements, renewals, replacements and additions pursuant to Article V shall be disposed of by Tenant and the net proceeds thereof, if any, shall be deposited in the Reserve.

All materials which are scrapped or removed in connection with the making of either Capital Alterations permitted by Section 10.1 or Non-Capital Alterations permitted by Section 10.4 or repairs required by ARTICLE IX shall be or become the property of Lessor or Tenant depending on which party is paying for, or providing the financing for, such work.
Salvage. (1) The Insured, in the event of any loss or damage to any property insured under the contract, shall take all reasonable steps to prevent further damage to such property so damaged and to prevent damage to other property insured hereunder including, if necessary, its removal to prevent damage or further damage thereto.
(2) The Insurer shall contribute pro rata towards any reasonable and proper expenses in connection with steps taken by the Insured and required under sub-paragraph (1) of this condition according to the respective interests of the parties.
Salvage. We have salvage rights to damaged property for which we pay loss benefits. We have the right to all or part of the property which may be recovered, including property substituted by others to conceal the loss.

Salvage. For any Adjustment from which the Owner recovers any materials and/or parts and retains or sells the same, after application of any applicable Betterment credit, the Developer is entitled to a credit for the salvage value of such materials and/or parts. If the Owner’s costs are developed under procedure (1) or (2) described in Paragraph 5(b), then the final invoice submitted pursuant to Paragraph 7(a) shall credit the Developer with the full salvage value. If the Owner’s costs are developed under procedure (3) described in Paragraph 5(b), then the Agreed Sum includes any credit due to the Developer on account of salvage.
Salvage.
