Common use of Specific Land Use Clause in Contracts

Specific Land Use. Stipulation 4 of the Lease Agreement is hereby amended to include the following: This lease is issued for a specific use and land classification, use of the area for purposes other than those specified constitutes a breach of the lease agreement and may result in revocation. The lease may be terminated upon a finding by the AO that the land or a part of it has not been used by the Lessee for the purpose specified in the lease for a period of two years. The lease cannot be assigned or subleased except with the consent of the AO. A Lessee may not change the use specified in the lease to another or additional use except with the consent of the AO. Any attempts to depart from these conditions without the consent of the AO will cause the lease to be automatically terminated.
