Common use of Specific Land Use Clause in Contracts

Specific Land Use. Stipulation 4 of the Lease Agreement is hereby amended to include the following: This lease is issued for a specific use and land classification, use of the area for purposes other than those specified constitutes a breach of the lease agreement and may result in revocation. The lease may be terminated upon a finding by the AO that the land or a part of it has not been used by the Lessee for the purpose specified in the lease for a period of two years. The lease cannot be assigned or subleased except with the consent of the AO. A Lessee may not change the use specified in the lease to another or additional use except with the consent of the AO.
