Intended UseCustomer will use Software in accordance with its intended use, instructions for use and all applicable Software labeling as described in the Documentation and the Offer. Customer is responsible for ensuring that the way that it uses Software complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Intended UseTenant shall use the Leased Property as a senior independent and/or assisted living facility and for such other uses as may be related, incidental or necessary thereto (the "Intended Use") and for no other purpose. Tenant's use of the Leased Property shall, subject to the right of diligent contest as provided in Paragraph 26, comply with all zoning classifications of any lawful Governmental Agencies or other public or private regulatory authority (including insurance underwriters or rating bureaus) having jurisdiction over the Leased Property and shall otherwise comply with applicable Legal Requirements. Tenant shall not perform any act or follow any practice relating to the Leased Property which shall constitute a nuisance. Subject to the terms and provisions of this Lease, Tenant shall have the right to control the business being conducted at the Leased Property.

Intended UseTenant shall use the Leased Properties as a senior housing facility, including, without limitation, as a senior housing and/or independent living and/or an assisted living facility and for such other uses as may be related, incidental or necessary thereto (the "Intended Use") and for no other purpose; provided, that in no event shall any of the Leased Properties be used as a skilled nursing facility. Tenant shall not perform any act or follow any practice relating to any of the Leased Properties which shall constitute a nuisance. Subject to the terms and provisions of this Lease, Tenant shall have the right to control the business being conducted at each of the Leased Properties.
Intended Use. The residential units in the Mortgaged Property will be allocated as follows (the “Intended Use”): 1. Independent Living Units _______% 2. Assisted Living Residences 100% 3. Skilled Nursing Beds _______% 4. Continuing Care Retirement Community with the following percentages of use: a. Seniors Apartments _______% b. Independent Living Units _______% c. Intended Use. Whether the intended use of the Premises by the proposed assignee/subtenant would be the same as the Permitted Use;
