Common use of Specific MSS Services Clause in Contracts

Specific MSS Services. If Customer purchases Server/Network Infrastructure Monitoring or Security Information and Event Management MSS Services pursuant to a Service Order as detailed in the relevant Service Order, Secureworks may invoice Customer for such MSS Services applicable to all devices in the tier of MSS Services being purchased (tiers and corresponding device quantity as outlined in the applicable Service Order) on or after the MSS Service Commencement Date of the MSS Services applicable to the initial device(s). If there are devices remaining to be integrated after the MSS Service Commencement Date of the initial device(s), Customer shall be responsible for initiating the integration of such devices via the Portal.
